Welcome to Serving Success, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our services offered through our website located at www.serving-success.com (the "Site").

By purchasing or enrolling in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

1. Description of Services & Pricing

We provide professional coaching, training, and speaking services. Prices for our services are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

Service Breakdown & Pricing

  • Coaching Services: Personal or professional one-on-one coaching sessions designed to provide tailored guidance and strategic advice.

    • Price: $50 per session.

  • Training Programs: Interactive training workshops or structured educational programs for groups.

    • Price: $100/$1,000 per participant / session. Minimum charge is $1,000 for up to 10 participants and $100 for each additional participant over the initial 10.

  • Speaking Engagements: Keynote speeches, event presentations, panel participation, or workshop facilitation delivered virtually or in person.

    • Price: $500 per event (requires a 25% deposit), plus applicable traveling/lodging expenses if agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors (PayFabric). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking or registration unless a formal invoice or multi-payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Coaching & Training Sessions:

    • You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session up to 24 hours prior to the start time without penalty.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a fee of 25% of the total cost of the session.

  • Speaking Engagements:

    • Cancellations made by the client more than 30 days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or preparation costs already incurred.

    • Cancellations made withing 7–29 days before the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

  • Services Delivered: Due to the custom, time-sensitive nature of coaching, training, and speaking engagements, all sales are final once services have been rendered, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Unused Packages: If you purchase a package of sessions and request a refund prior to completing them, eligible refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion minus a  15% administrative processing fee, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, presentations, training documents, recordings, and content provided during coaching, training, or speaking engagements remain the exclusive intellectual property of Serving Success, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials solely for your personal or internal business use. Redistribution or commercial resale of our materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This section outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information:

  • Information We Collect: We collect personal information you provide when making a purchase or scheduling a service, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details.

  • How We Use Information:

    • To deliver and manage purchased coaching, training, or speaking services.

    • To process payments and send transaction receipts or administrative communications.

    • To comply with legal and financial record-keeping obligations.

  • Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and scheduling software) necessary to run our business and complete your transactions.

  • Data Security: We implement standard security protocols to safeguard your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Serving Success, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services. Our services are educational and advisory in nature; results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and external factors.
